Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Puffer Cloud accepts returns on all unused items as long as you contact us within 7 days of their delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused (no exceptions will be made). All returns will be provided with an RMA number. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. Return claims made after 7 days from the orders delivery date may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Broken
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please do not discard the item, shipping box, or any of the packaging materials. We will request clear images of the damaged items so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. All damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the item. After filing a damage report we will either provide you with a return shipping label so that you can return the item back to us, or we will just ask you to throw the item away. A brand new replacement will be sent out to you in both situations, unless a refund is requested instead.
Order Cancellations
We pride ourselves on fulfilling your order quickly and efficiently. Any order cancellations or modifications need to be made immediately. After your order is packaged and finalized/shipped we are unable to modify the order.
Additional Return Information
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (unless the product is covered by a manufactures warranty).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@PufferCloud.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and UNUSED. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@PufferCloud.com and send your item to: PO BOX 731 New Albany Ohio US 43054. Please make sure all items are packaged in a way that they will not be damaged during shipment.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be e-mailed to you.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless you received a defective/damaged item. In which case we will supply a return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
